Danial Shah is an award winning travel and landscape photographer and a passionate traveler based in Karachi, Pakistan who was conferred with a trophy twice by Government of Sindh in year 2009 and 2010. Danial has also been awarded with “Nishan-e-Azm” by Azm-e-Alishan in recognition of his contribution to the nation, Pakistan. In December 2011, Danial received Travel Blogger of the year Award by Pakistan Blog Awards.

He has been traveling across Pakistan since childhood by road; train and air which have made him realize that this country has not only an immense beauty but excitement which is a must to enjoy.

He has always enjoyed Traveling and exploring Pakistan, and on his travels, he began to capture significant details that he found interesting & appealing, and the passion of photography was born. The photographic journey began as a hobby and overtime learnt to freezing worth taking moments with his camera. His portfolio consists of travel, landscape, culture and countless other natural beauties around. Even though he maintains a low profile but his work speaks for itself.

He usually travels alone on his own, and sometimes his travels are sponsored by various autonomous and private organizations.

So far, Danial’s work has been published in National as well as International Magazines such as Himal South Asian Magazine Nepal, The Sunday Guardian London, Alima magazine of The Central Asian Institute Bozeman, Montana, United States, Express Tribune Magazine Pakistan, Xpoze Lifestyle Mag Pakistan, Cream Life Style Magazine Lahore and Brides & You Pakistan. He has also contributed his photos to Books from Oxford University Press Publications as well Books on Tile Tradition on Pakistan.

Danial’s aim is to explore the countless hidden beauties of nature on earth and capture them both by his soul and his camera.
